Intel’s 14th Gen processors, also known as Raptor Lake Refresh, promised enhanced performance and improved efficiency. While many desktop users have enjoyed the benefits, 14th Gen laptops have experienced a different reality. Despite boasting powerful specs on paper, users have encountered several technical issues that impact real-world performance, battery life, and thermal efficiency.

While benchmarks show slight improvements in synthetic tests, many users report marginal real-world performance gains compared to 13th Gen models. This raises the question: is the upgrade worth it?
